The issue might arise if the Bluetooth service is not functioning correctly or if the Bluetooth drivers are corrupted or are incompatible with the current OS version installed in the system. Are you able to connect and work with USB mouse and keyboard?.Does the issue arise with other Bluetooth devices as well?.Has the issue started to occur recently? If so, did you make any significant changes to the computer prior to this issue?. Is the keyboard provided along with the Acer system? If not, what is the make and model no.However, I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions to narrow down the issue in order to provide you with better assistance.
